The writing is epic, the acting is Award- Winning, and the story line is brilliant. Six time Emmy Award winning “Breaking Bad,” starring Bryan Cranston (Malcolm in the Middle), is possibly the greatest TV Drama to hit our homes.

Yeah, Prison Break is Great I don't think it beats out any of these top 5 shows, but perhaps Dexter should be replaced with it, since Dexter isn't available for instant watch.
ummmmm..... have we forgotten about Prison Break??? not only is it a MUST SEE that has you spending countless hours non-stop watching and skipping sleep but they also contain all of the seasons!!! by far the best series i've seen on Netflix

thank you for sharing this with us and for giving us an idea on what are the best tv series to follow. Very well written and the videos really help us in determining what to watch. The walking dead is what I like because of it's horror theme and it had a great storyline.

Oh nice, Yeah sons is a great show. The latest season totally rocked. That dexter season you missed with Julia Styles sucked. By far the worst season, I love all the other ones though. If you can get passed the gruesomeness walking dead has a great story and interesting characters too. Thanks for the comment Jinny!
Sons of Anarchy is one of my favorites and it has been since the beggining... I looooove Dexter! But I stopped watching by season five, I think due to constant moving...you know the story. Last I saw he found that girl (Julia Styles) and was keeping her hostage to avoid being caught. I need to get back to it and keep current. I started watching Breaking Bad a few weeks ago as you suggested and I loved the creative and very realistic depiction of this lifelike situation. People could be surprised as to how many go through lifechanging events that would drag you down into a world of survival and desperation. This is a great hub as always. You got skills boy! hahaha

Great hub...hands down, Breaking Bad is the best thing on TV right now. I am hooked! I also love Mad Men, and can understand the critique of it being slow-moving, but it still draws you in. I need to check out Sons of Anarchy, but wasn't a fan of Dexter (I checked out after season 3), but have heard that it is pretty intense. Great list!
